The Hinterland Collaborative Exhibition was held in Eblana House, Dunlaoghaire in May 2019. The theme for the project was the Hinterland of Dun Laoghaire- Rathdown. Over 50 artists working in various groups took part. The collaborative project is a biannual event for ArtNet. Artists of different disciplines, painters, sculptors, ceramicists, graphic artists, writers, poets, weavers photographers, animators, filmmakers and composers worked together. The project was started in January 2018 and the exhibition was held in May 2019.

Over 500 attended the opening night. The exhibition ran for ten days and over 900 people attended the exhibition during that time. There was a panel of judges for the Hinterland Project Prize. The panel consisted of Vera Klute, Margarita Cappock and Mark Joyce. The judges were very positive on the overall quality of the work and presentation. The winners of the Hinterland Collaborative Awards were as follows:

First Prize: Alison Kaye, Kate Mac Donagh and Stephanie Bruning
Second Prize: Elizabeth Shaw and Louise Gambrill
Third Prize: Nathalie Carnec and Iris O’ Connor
