CECILIA BULLO | Artist Talk

Tuesday, 7 September 2021

7 – 8.30 pm

Explore expressions of personal displacement, sacred spaces, archaeomythology and urban shamanism  – in a live discussion and Q&A with artist CECILIA BULLO.

Join a conversation exploring the philosophical and botanical concepts of the Rhizome with artist Cecilia Bullo, following her solo exhibition Bleach Those Tongues: Dystopian Assemblages at Hillsboro Fine Art Gallery. Bullo’s work interrogates healing mechanisms involving rituals and signifiers in the context of social issues, and the cultural challenges faced by displacement and migration – especially of women.
