1. By providing any material for use on this portal you hereby consent to its use and in addition, acknowledge that the material will be displayed online and thereby will be readily accessible by members of the public.
2. Work submitted must be the artist’s own work
3. Submissions accepted from members only
4. The submission fee is €10
5. There will be a selector for each exhibition
6. Work is presented to the selector anonymously (artist’s name not shown to the selector).
7. ArtNetdlr Online Gallery will use your images only for promotional purpose on our website and social media channels
8. The Exhibition will remain in our archive as part of our past exhibitions. They will remain available for public viewing
9. The artist will be responsible for the delivery of the work to the buyer
10. Artists shall retain all copyrights of any image they submit to the Online Gallery
11. The artist/s will communicate with ArtNetdlr on all issues concerning the exhibition and not the staff at Walters
12. Artists may have to pay a hanging fee for mounting and keeping the wall in Walters. It may vary between €10 and €30 if necessary.
13. All work must be professionally mounted and framed as suits the work being exhibited
14. All work is hanging at the artists risk
15. The largest size of work accepted is four feet wide and five feet high (limited number of spaces for this size work)
16. Each artist is responsible for insuring their work should they so choose
17. Work must be delivered and collected at the specified time
18. There is no storage facility for work at Walters
19. The work will be sold through the website
20. ArtNetdlr will promote the exhibition on our social media platforms
21. ArtNetdlr will charge 15% commission on all sales
22. All purchases are non-refundable
23. The artist will be paid after the exhibition when the transaction has been satisfactorily completed with the buyer
24. Artists must leave work hanging for the duration of the exhibition
25. A maximum of three submissions per artist is allowed for each exhibition.
