Jennifer Cunnigham will give a talk about her practise as an artist, art therapist, and experience running her own Art School.

ArtNetdlr continues Virtual Artist Talk and live Q&A series and invites Jennifer Cunningham to give a talk about her practice and experience as an artist, art therapist and educator. Jennifer is a visual artist who works with a wide range of different media including painting, printmaking and drawing, film and digital media. She runs her own Art School and teaches classes to adults and adolescents, in drawing Skills, oil and acrylic, printmaking and watercolour.

She has also taught part-time in I.A.D.T, Dun Laoghaire since 2006 including Portfolio Preparation, Life Drawing, Oil and Acrylic advanced and mixed media. She has been a visiting guest lecturer in N.C.A.D and G.M.I.T.

She has won multiple awards for her work including the Thomas Damann Travel award and the Taylor art award. Most recently she was awarded an artist studio in Fire-station studios Dublin, the RHA School Dublin, the Tyrone Guthrie centre, Annamacarrig, and Cill Rialaig.

She has had many solo exhibitions and had a solo show in the R.H.A last April. She has been selected for the R.H.A summer shows 2003-2017 and EVA. Furthermore, she has exhibited both nationally and internationally and her work is collected by the Office of Public Works, the ESB, Siemens, Galway City Council, Galway Mayo
